Introducing Mending Connections.

A virtual mental health & wellness practice that focuses on individual, couples, and family mental health from the perspective of safe & secure attachment and intentional connection.

Our approach

We are a virtual practice that specializes in healing from a relational lens, incorporating nervous system regulation and easy & accessible interventions. We focus on processing and dismantling the barriers, both past and present, that show up for individuals, couples, and families on the road to their healthiest and happiest life. As a holistic space, we assist clients by providing therapy, workshops, coaching, and more.

Providing you with a safe space to be yourself.

Here, emotional safety and therapeutic connection are some of the most important aspects of the process so your needs will always be considered a top priority. Whether you’re coming for yourself, with your partner, or for your family, safety is the first layer of a multi-layer therapeutic process.

Online Sessions Only

Our office is currently fully virtual but walk-and-talk options will become available on a case-by-case basis to individuals within the Greater Jacksonville area in the near future.
